Outdoor design evolves through material, light and new living visions.

The new EMU collections unveiled in Milan redefine contemporary outdoor living through elegance, innovation and craftsmanship. At Salone del Mobile 2026, EMU introduces a series of new collections that redefine the concept of outdoor furniture through a design language combining innovation, craftsmanship and material research. From new seating systems and modular living solutions to decorative lighting and reinterpretations of iconic collections, the Italian brand confirms its role as an international benchmark in contemporary outdoor design.
Antigua by Federica Biasi expands with dining and relaxation solutions
The Antigua collection evolves with new proposals dedicated to conviviality and comfort. The collection now includes a dining table with matching seating and a new compact, enveloping lounge armchair. The woven structure that defines the aluminum frame becomes the signature element of a collection designed for sophisticated indoor and outdoor spaces, perfectly suited to both residential and contract settings.
Darwin Evolution: EMU’s iconic collection enters a new phase
With Darwin Evolution, Lucidi Pevere reinterpret one of EMU’s most iconic families by introducing woven rope backrests that add warmth, tactility and a renewed sense of comfort. Chairs, lounges and two-seater sofas maintain their visual lightness and stackability, while the nautical braid enhances the dialogue between craftsmanship and technical innovation. The result is a versatile collection for contemporary indoor and outdoor environments.
Collier: the new outdoor sunbed by LCM Marin Design Studio
Among EMU’s key 2026 novelties is the new Collier sunbed. Conceived also as a day-bed configuration, the project interprets outdoor relaxation through essential lines, balanced geometries and sophisticated detailing. Made of steel and customizable in a wide range of finishes, the Collier sunbed adapts naturally to both residential and high-end hospitality environments, expressing a timeless and refined elegance.
Opera: the new seating collection by Pio and Tito Toso
One of the most refined launches at Salone del Mobile 2026 is Opera, the new seating collection designed by Pio and Tito Toso. Dining chairs, lounge seating and stools create a harmonious balance between solids and voids, soft curves and architectural structure. The backrest, composed of interwoven elements, creates a sophisticated interplay of light that highlights the expressive quality of metal and the artisanal character of the workmanship.
Dora by Baptiste Vandaele: Nordic bistro inspiration meets contemporary outdoor design
The Dora collection reinterprets the archetype of the Nordic bistro chair through a contemporary lens. Entirely crafted in aluminum, the family includes chairs, armchairs, lounges and stools characterized by lightweight silhouettes and perforated surfaces. Designed for the contract and hospitality sectors, Dora combines durability, versatility and a highly distinctive graphic identity.
L-UME: EMU explores outdoor lighting design
With L-UME, designed by EMU D&S Lab, the brand explores decorative outdoor lighting through a flexible and modular system. Table lamps, lanterns and arch supports transform light into a scenographic element capable of creating intimate and immersive atmospheres. Interchangeable covers and multiple configurations further enhance the versatility of the collection.
Casa EMU: the Milan flagship store during Milan Design Week 2026
Alongside Salone del Mobile, EMU welcomes architects, designers and international professionals to its flagship store in Corso Monforte 50, Milan. Developed in collaboration with INTERNI Design Experience, “Casa EMU” offers an immersive experience dedicated to contemporary outdoor living. Through material research, natural color palettes and a dedicated material library featuring fabrics and finishes, the exhibition space expresses the brand’s core values: sustainability, expertise in metal processing, innovation and Italian design culture.
