Outdoor living, new collections and designer collaborations

Exteta returns to the spotlight at Milan Design Week 2026 with a dual presence that reinforces the brand’s evolution within the high-end outdoor design landscape. On one side, the Salone del Mobile.Milano; on the other, the flagship showroom on Via Turati during Fuorisalone: two complementary settings that showcase an increasingly sophisticated vision of contemporary outdoor living. The Italian brand unveils new collections, product extensions and exclusive collaborations designed by Massimo Castagna, Paola Navone Otto Studio and Studiopepe, the brand’s creative director. At the heart of the project is a fluid concept that blurs the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces through refined materials, elevated comfort and an aesthetic capable of engaging with architecture, hospitality and luxury yachting.
The new Exteta 2026 collections
The Exteta 2026 collection revolves around the concept of continuity: a design vision focused on creating harmonious, durable and timeless environments in constant dialogue with nature and architecture. Among the highlights designed by Studiopepe are the extensions of the Modernista, Shell and Mochi collections. Modernista introduces new elements such as a stool and sun lounger, maintaining its 1970s-inspired aesthetic and exposed stainless-steel structure inspired by modernist architecture. Shell evolves with a new modular sofa, while the Mochi line expands with swivel seating characterized by soft volumes and leather details. Studiopepe also designed the Oscar Dining Table, an outdoor sculptural table with curved forms, together with the Villa d’Este Carpet and Villa Borghese Carpet, conceived to enrich outdoor spaces with three-dimensional textures inspired by Italian villas and gardens.
Exteta x Riva expands its collection
Following last year’s debut, the Exteta x Riva collection expands further with new furnishings that translate the allure of iconic Riva boats into the outdoor world. Sapelli mahogany and ultra-resistant stainless steel become the defining materials of a collection that includes sofas, seating, tables, lighting and new modular solutions. New additions for 2026 include a corner module for the modular sofa, a pouf, a folding chair, a swivel stool and new coffee tables, further expanding the brand’s lifestyle universe.
Amalfi Island and the new designs by Paola Navone Otto Studio
Massimo Castagna also introduces Amalfi Island, a new island version of the Amalfi outdoor kitchen. Crafted in marble, aluminum and stainless steel, the kitchen redefines outdoor conviviality through geometric volumes, fluted surfaces and integrated accessories. The 2026 collection also includes new creations by Paola Navone Otto Studio, such as the Moonlight Soft Armchair and the new Belvedere Daybed. Both pieces are designed to enhance outdoor comfort through visual lightness, generous padding and a relaxed contemporary approach to living.
Fuorisalone 2026: the Via Turati flagship showroom celebrates outdoor lifestyle
For Fuorisalone 2026, Exteta completely renovates its Milan showroom on Via Turati 6, transforming it into an experiential space dedicated to outdoor lifestyle. The real protagonist is the outdoor square in front of the showroom, where the Exteta x Riva collection is displayed in an authentic open-air setting. Materials and craftsmanship reference the excellence of iconic Riva boats, reinterpreted by Massimo Castagna into elegant and sophisticated outdoor furnishings. Completing the installation is an authentic Riva Iseo Super, a symbol of the Italian Dolce Vita and a timeless open-air lifestyle.
