INTERNI ACQUIRES VIVENTE

Interni is continuing to exctend its scope and expand its business.
With a network of 16 mono-brand and multi-brand stores distributed over Italy and the United Kingdom and now, following the acquisition of Vivente , also in the United Arab Emirates, INTERNI is establishing itself as the leading italian group specialising in distribution of high-quality furnishings. Indeed, the company recently announced an agreement for acquisition of the majority stake in Vivente, a company owened by the Garabedian family based in Dubai, operating in the field of luxury home furnishings for over 30 years.
The company is currently the sole distributor of the prestigious brands Molteni&C and Dada kitchens, two companies operating in the high-quality furniture sector at international level, throughout the United Arab Emirates, occupying prominent position on Jumeirah Beach Road in the commercial heart of Dubai.
Regarding the acquisition of Vivente, Stefano Cazzaniga, CEO of INTERNI, stated: "I'm extremely proud to welcome Vivente into our family. INTERNI will therefore be coordinating Vivente's activities indipendently, ensuring optimal development of its ongoing business and, above all, implementation of the INTERNI group's ambitious future development olan in the United Arab Emirates, which forsees the opening of new stores from 2024, while Jean Marc Garabedian, CEO of Vivente and son of the founder, Antonie, will remain in his current position becoming local manager of the area development plan.
