The Eco Outdoor Rug, designed by Elena Sanguankeo for Gervasoni, is the perfect blend of artisanal craftsmanship and modern innovation. This unique rug, initially crafted on a manual shuttle loom, is now produced using a re-adapted industrial loom to maintain the intricate, handmade aesthetic. Drawing from her background in haute couture, Sanguankeo skillfully weaves together various yarns, colors, and stitches to create three stunning versions: green, white, and natural.
The materials used—jute and propylene—are not only aesthetically appealing but also highly functional, as both are durable and water-resistant, making the rug ideal for outdoor use. The Eco Outdoor Rug seamlessly combines tradition and modern design, offering a sophisticated and resilient addition to any patio, terrace, or garden.
