Created by the Ingo Maurer Team, Bulb Brass revisits one of the most influential lighting designs ever produced by Ingo Maurer. Inspired by the world-famous Bulb from 1966, this contemporary edition introduces premium materials and refined craftsmanship while preserving the original concept's unmistakable character.
At the heart of the design is a handcrafted brass base made from high-quality untreated brass. Rather than remaining unchanged, the material naturally develops a rich patina over time, creating a unique surface shaped by daily life and individual use. This evolving finish turns every lamp into a truly personal object with its own identity.
The mouth-blown Murano crystal glass enhances the purity of the design while elegantly showcasing the light source within. The result is a sculptural table lamp that functions both as illumination and as a decorative centerpiece.
Ideal for luxury interiors, contemporary living spaces, executive offices and design-focused hospitality environments, Bulb Brass embodies the balance between innovation, heritage and exceptional material quality. It is a modern collectible designed to gain character and beauty with every passing year.

In the early 60s Ingo Maurer founded the studio in Monaco “Design M” kicking off the first projects of lamps. All in the name of irony and provocation. In many of his works is immediately evident the interest in everyday materials (plastic and aluminium) in favor of a simple and craftsmanship image. Cornerstones of his work are the mobility of the object and the emotionality of the product. The Ingo Maurer lamps are real games: essential forms that offer many possibilities of combinations.
