The villa is conceived as a continuous system between interior and exterior, where architecture renounces formal protagonism in favor of a refined quality of living based on light, proportions, rhythm, and calm. Clean volumes, natural materials, and a controlled palette define a silent elegance - Mediterranean in spirit yet contemporary in expression - constantly engaging with the surrounding landscape.
Architecture acts as a discreet frame, allowing furnishings, colors, and textures to articulate the character of the spaces. Interior and exterior flow seamlessly into one another, creating a fluid and open living experience designed to accompany every moment of the day.
Selected throughout the project, Cappellini furnishings define the home’s identity through pieces of strong expressive value. Soft, generously proportioned upholstered seating creates an informal and welcoming domestic landscape, while light, graphic coffee tables, objects, and lamps introduce a measured and recognizable visual rhythm.
The chromatic palette - built around warm neutrals, deep blues, and accents of mustard and terracotta - adds depth and movement without ever becoming intrusive. Furnishings do not fill the space but rather support it, allowing volumes and surfaces to breathe.
The Poliform kitchen, both functional and sculptural, introduces a rigorous contemporary gesture. Its compact volume and continuous surfaces engage in a coherent dialogue with the surrounding furnishings, becoming a highly aesthetic element seamlessly integrated into the living area.
The outdoor spaces play a defining role in the project, conceived as a natural extension of the interior living area. Outdoor sofas echo the forms, colors, and comfort of the indoor seating, shaping an open-air lounge overlooking the pool, designed for relaxation and conviviality.
Stripes, fabrics, and colors interact with the greenery of the garden and the blue of the water, while pergolas filter light and cast dynamic shadows across surfaces. Outdoor furnishings are not decorative additions but an integral part of the living experience, coherent and continuous with the interiors.
Interiors and exteriors share a common language of softness, color, and balance, giving life to a home that avoids special effects in favor of a refined and authentic equilibrium.
