At Milan Design Week 2026, Rimadesio celebrates its 70th anniversary with BECOMING, a project that explores the company’s evolution through new collections, immersive installations and a broader reflection on the future of contemporary living.
A key participant in Fuorisalone 2026, the Brianza-based brand unfolds its narrative between the flagship store on Via Visconti di Modrone and Palazzo Isimbardi, two venues that embody a vision rooted in innovation, design culture and technological research.
Rimadesio’s New Developments by Giuseppe Bavuso
At the Milan flagship store, Giuseppe Bavuso presents the latest evolution of the Rimadesio collection through new systems, finishes and furnishing solutions that further strengthen the dialogue between architecture and interior design. The design approach reaffirms the company’s defining values: formal essentiality, construction precision and meticulous attention to materials. The home is conceived as a fluid environment where partitions, storage systems and surfaces contribute to a cohesive and contemporary design language. More than a product presentation, the project conveys a vision of living spaces in constant transformation, capable of responding to the growing demand for flexibility and customization in residential environments.
BECOMING: Rimadesio’s Installation at Palazzo Isimbardi
At the heart of Rimadesio’s presence during Milan Design Week 2026 is BECOMING, an exhibition experience hosted within the historic spaces of Palazzo Isimbardi.
Conceived by Juma, the project creates a dialogue between memory and future through installations, audiovisual content and immersive environments. In the cloister, Aedes Memoriae, a site-specific work by Encor Studio, employs glass, the material that has long been central to Rimadesio’s research, to create a sensory experience shaped by light, reflections and transparency.
Inside the Sala Affreschi, R-Paradigm retraces the company’s history through images, videos and soundscapes, highlighting the relationship between industrial innovation, design and technological development. The exhibition culminates with the presentation of Rimadesio’s new headquarters, a tangible expression of the brand’s future vision.
