Location
Among the northern coast of Egypt stands Beyond Blue, a summer villa designed to blend into the landscape, breaking down the boundaries between the interior and the surrounding nature, letting the horizon in, to create a contemplative and relaxing environment. The project was born as a refuge, a place where architecture and interior design come together to convey a constant feeling of calm and openness. Aura Egypt together with Interni curated the selection of both indoor and outdoor furnishings, helping to define the atmosphere of the project through a careful choice of materials, shapes and tones.
The concept behind Beyond Blue is an invitation to experience the landscape, extending the sensory experience of the beach through a fluid sequence of spaces and environments. The choice of materials such as wood, terrazzo and natural finishes, together with a palette of blue, sand and neutral tones, create a visual continuity that recalls the sea and the sky, reinforcing the sense of serenity. Natural light, carefully distributed in each environment, amplifies the feeling of tranquillity.
Inside, every furnishing piece selected by Aura Egypt and Interni reflects an idea of sophisticated, effortless comfort. Among them, Moroso's creations stand out for their soft, informal language: the Pacific sofa, Gogan coffee table, and Pipe armchair define the living area as a welcoming and relaxed space. These are accompanied by iconic pieces from renowned Italian and international design brands: the sculptural Archibald armchair by Poltrona Frau, the Hide and Seek sideboard by Gallotti & Radice, the Louisa and Vicino side tables by Molteni, the Saint Germain sofa by Poliform, and Natuzzi's Feudo coffee table. Each element contributes to a narrative of harmony and lightness, where nothing is left to chance.
The outdoor areas follow the same design approach: fluid, versatile spaces in constant dialogue with the landscape. Interni and Aura Egypt curated the outdoor furnishings to reflect the same perceived quality as the interiors. The dining area is centered around the lightness of the Altopiano table by Paola Lenti and Calypso seating by Royal Botania, paired with Pierre coffee tables and garden pouffes by Flou. Decorative accents like the Morning Glory side table by Moroso, Sofy side tables by Talenti, D48 Roll by Kettal and the Surf sun lounger by Vondom complete an atmosphere that feels both relaxed and carefully composed.
Beyond Blue is more than a villa: it's a way of experiencing space that celebrates continuity with nature and the horizon. Thanks to the collaboration between Aura Egypt and Interni's, every environment has become part of a coherent and sensitive narrative, where each furnishing element enhances the dialogue between architecture, landscape and wellbeing.
