The "1919" armchair is part of a numbered series. The load-bearing structure is made of seasoned beechwood. The springing of the seat, backrest, and armrests is achieved with hand-tied biconical steel springs fixed on jute straps. The seat padding is made of rubberized horsehair, while the backrest and armrests are made of hand-shaped vegetable horsehair. The seat cushion is filled with goose feathers. The backrest design features a manual capitonné technique. The finishing of the wheels and metal parts (cup holder arm, ashtray, and numbered plaque) can be either gilt or gunmetal. The "1919" armchair is available in two versions: without a cup holder or with a cup holder/ashtray (both mountable on the right or left).
