This is the name of the family of lighting fixtures that Francesco Librizzi, a young Sicilian architect based in Milan, designed for the first time for FontanaArte. Setareh was born from the theme of giving body to light. The lamp is composed of a sphere magically suspended inside a thin metal structure. A play of masses and circular trajectories generates a balanced design of gravitational dynamics. The light emanating from the sphere spreads over the surrounding space and irradiates the frame. The reflections of the metal make the luminous field visible, the space influenced by the light, its aura. The result is a collection of light fixtures, available in table and suspension versions, of extraordinary poetic grace. Setareh takes on a new dimension: elongated with two and three luminous spheres, to work both individually and by multiplication. Its vocation is that of large spaces, double heights and architectures that can also accommodate large compositions of multiple elements. A firmament of Setareh, star from the ancient Farsi language.
