Jesolo Lido Beach Villa

An oasis of symmetry

Located at the seaside resort of Jesolo, the Jesolo Lido Beach Villa is a semi-detached pavilion-style residence designed and constructed by the JM Architecture firm as a weekend home and where holidays can be enjoyed surrounded by beauty. Once you pass the entrance gate, the first feeling is one of being in an oasis of tranquillity and beauty. Before you stands a beautiful structure on two levels almost entirely total white with pure and rigorous lines that allow it to fit harmoniously into its surroundings. The villa consists of an above-ground floor and is surrounded by stone pavement. All around, we find lush greenery and beautiful vases by Atelier Vierkant expertly positioned. Its large windows allow residents to enjoy maximum luminosity during the long summer days while the wonderful swimming pool refreshes on the hottest afternoons. The two independent apartments on the ground floor are perfectly symmetrical while, in the airy and ever so bright basement floor, there are common areas. For this marvellous project, Jacopo Mascheroni’s firm backed by the Interni team has selected some of the most beautiful and iconic furnishings of international design.

Omnipresent brightness

With an above-ground floor, light is the Jesolo Lido Beach Villa’sdistinguishing feature. In fact, we find the living areas of the two apartments completely open to the outdoors thanks to full-length French windows that allow you to enjoy light throughout the day, to appreciate the surrounding garden and admire the majestic swimming pool that extends northward. The two sleeping areas are more sheltered from the light and have been diversified from the living area with external panelling: in fact, a dark colour was chosen over white. As soon as you cross the threshold of both apartments, you find yourself in the open space of the living area where a Gamma model kitchen by Arclineahas been inserted with bases in Black PVD finish with column and wall units in White Fenix; the worktop is made of beautiful white Carrara Marble. A light oak table has been positioned in the front part of the kitchen, combined with the Wishbone Chair by Carl Hansen, also in oak with its natural Paper Cord seat. As for the living room, on the other hand, we find a B&B Italia sofa paired with a low table also in oak on a beautiful and bright Lantos rug by Ruckstuhl with leather edging. Opposite, a television has been placed on a very long white wall.

Common areas and wellness

There is direct access to the basement by way of an external staircase; here we find a wellness area, a gym and common areas for guests. Here too, thanks to the two side patios, light is omnipresent and brightens every space. The very large shared kitchen is without a doubt the protagonist of these spaces: an Arclinea Italia model featuring a pronounced professional flavour owing to the superlative stainless steel finish of the columns, bases, worktop and hood. The appliances are exclusively Miele products while the counter is the Opus model once more by Arclinea. A high performance kitchen suitable for any situation.

Dreaming outdoors

The outdoor area has been studied down to the smallest details: everywhere we find palm trees, succulents and lush bushes that comprise the vegetation. An infinity pool is the undisputed queen which, owing to the lighting system, gives everything a magical glow. And it is right from the bottom of the pool that we can appreciate the perfect and ethereal symmetry created in this villa. The furnishings we find outside and beneath the aluminium gazebos interact with one another conveying a great aesthetic sense and are disarmingly beautiful. Not surprisingly they bear the signature of the Paola Lenti company.
