Roberto Lazzeroni

Roberto Lazzeroni was born in Pisa and trained in the fields of art and architecture at the Academy of Fine Arts in Florence. He immediately expressed his affinity to experimenting with conceptual art and Radical Design.

At the beginning of the 1980s he began his career in the world of interior design, and then approached the world of product design in an absolutely natural way. Interior design has always been a practice field for him where he could experiment with different experiences: on materials, techniques and on the problems of the home.  He completed out several "interior design" projects that are immediately appreciated by critics and published in various Italian and international magazines.

He likes to define his design sentimental, perpetually torn between the past and future. 

A sensitivity that allowed him to specialise in art direction over time. His career is very dynamic. His career includes prestigious collaborations with companies such as Ceccotti, Baxter, Flexform, Giorgetti, Poltrona Frau, Poliform.
