Kateryna Sokolova

Kateryna Sokolova, a Ukrainian designer born in 1984, is a graduate of the Kharkiv State Academy of Design and Arts and completed a design internship at the Burg Giebichenstein Kunsthochschule in Halle, Germany. She is the co-founder and creative director of NOOM and SOKOLOVA Design Studio, working across a broad range of disciplines including furniture, lighting, hardware, and electronics. Sokolova’s innovative designs have earned her international recognition, including the prestigious Red Dot Design Award in 2015. Based in Kyiv, she collaborates with leading European and Asian companies, solidifying her status as a prominent figure in contemporary design.
